From Red Dragon in a structure this Khan would use.
However given Khan's situation I don't know if he would actually quote Thomas Harris, or rather Hannibal Lecter, when trying to manipulate Kirk into helping him. As well as a little originality helped rather than quoting Doyle, Melville, Milton, and of course Shakespeare to be his own man. And putting them in alphabetical order was unintentional.
